    Etihad Airways will resume direct flights between Abu Dhabi and Beijing

    Under the latest mandate of the Chinese Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council, Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, will resume direct passenger flights between Abu Dhabi and Beijing from 29th June, 2022. This will be the first regular direct international passenger flight to resume for Beijing by any airline.

    Etihad Airways will resume direct flights between Abu Dhabi and BeijingEtihad Airways said in a statement that the resumption of direct flights between the two capitals signifies another step forward in the UAE-China comprehensive strategic partnership. A Boeing 787 Dreamliner, one of the world’s most fuel-efficient aircraft, will operate the airline’s weekly flight.
